Pitman High Sports Medicine will be conducting our Physical Clinic this summer on JULY 28, 2012 (the last Saturday in July) at the Romeo Medical Clinic from 9am-12pm.  The cost will be $30 per athlete with proceeds benefiting the Pitman High Sports Medicine program!

The Romeo Clinic is located within the Tower Medical Building at 1801 Colorado Avenue, Suite 120 in Turlock. The new Physical packets will now be available online after JUNE 4, 2012 on the school website, minus the Yellow Emergency Card which MUST be picked up from the school or at the physical clinic itself.  If you have any questions regarding this new change or don’t have access to a computer please stop by the athletic trainer's office.
